Admission consultation (confirmation of course and necessary materials)
Submit Application materials to School (5 months before commencement of school)
Admission qualification review (material review and interview)
Submit to immigration services agency of Japan (School submit the application for agency)
※the application review period is about two months
Deliver the certificate of eligibility
Notify the result and tuition fee request
Tuition fee payment confirmation
The letter of admission and the certificate of eligibility will be sent by mail
Apply and obtain a visa from the embassy
Enter Japan by the date specified by the school
